As Senior Marketing & Communications Director, Shiloh oversees the strategic messaging of Elevate’s initiatives. She is involved in every aspect of telling the stories of the area’s business community and loves it! Growing up in Highmore, Shiloh credits her small-town South Dakota upbringing for her knack in cultivating relationships, networking and always seeing the big picture.

After graduating from the University of South Dakota with a degree in political science, Shiloh moved west of the Missouri River finding her new home in the Black Hills. She worked as Visit Rapid City’s social media and content manager before joining U.S. Sen. John Thune’s West River team. However, Shiloh’s ease with technology, love of communications, and innate analytical personality brought her back to the marketing world.

Along with her role as Communications and Marketing Director, Shiloh is also the staff coffee connoisseur knowing all the best local coffee shops. She is currently navigating the world of being a working mom and when she is not strategizing at work, she is enjoying quiet moments at home watching movies or playing boardgames with her husband Forrest, their son Jaxtyn, and dog Taz.
