As Elevate’s Business Development Manager, Kallie’s mission is to connect with existing businesses and assist with anything they need to continue thriving in the community. The South Dakota native has always had a sense of social responsibility and believes her role at Elevate will allow her to make a difference not only in Rapid City but throughout the region. She is excited to build relationships with current businesses and provide any resources and support needed for growth.

Prior to joining Elevate, Kallie worked as Wall’s Economic Development Director. The Black Hills State University graduate also worked in U.S. Sen. John Thune’s constituent services office in Rapid City. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in business administration.

Kallie and her husband Riley live on a family ranch outside of Wall. When Kallie is not connecting businesses with expansion and retention opportunities, she is rodeoing, golfing and spending quality time with family and friends.
