Wyoming-native Dillon Matuska brings his experience with economic development and marketing to his role as Elevate Rapid City’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Manager. In his position, Dillon facilitates the success of local entrepreneurs and start-ups by establishing and maintaining programs that provide coaching and mentorship, networking, and education for professional growth.

His goal is to create an ecosystem that supports small business owners and their dreams.

When he is not fostering entrepreneurial ventures, Dillon enjoys disc golfing, fishing, backpacking, and building LEGOS. He is an avid video gamer and is working on becoming his own one-man band. He plays the kalimba, harmonica, and is learning to play guitar.
