In her role as Content Manager, Sydney Riendeau tells the stories of Elevate Rapid City and its partners through a creative mix of words, images, videos, and other media. She manages the organization’s social media platforms keeping people constantly informed of what is happening in the business community.

The Texas native moved to South Dakota two years ago after her husband Jesse was stationed with Ellsworth Air Force Base. Prior to moving to the Midwest, Sydney split her time between Texas and England – Jesse’s previous base. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from American Military University.

Aside from trying to acclimate to the South Dakota winters, Sydney enjoys exploring Rapid City and the Black Hills, spending time with her husband, three dogs, Mya, Sadie, and Nubie, and two cats, Luna, and Rosie. She is also a lover of plants, especially rare tropical ones like philodendrons and monsteras, and has more than 100 in a special room in her home.
